hbo go game of thronesBreathing fire into its offer like a Game of Thrones’ dragon, Vodafone Spain has announced that its bouquet will include the new HBO España streaming service.
This means the Vodafone offer will now give customers the ability to see content such as the aforementioned global smash hit but also the likes of Vee and Silicon Valley along with HBO’s library of films, documentaries and classic series. HBO España — accessible via Vodafone’s IPTV service as well as on mobile devices, tablets and computers — will also offer new series from other providers.
In saying bienvenido a España, HBO is furthering its global ambitions to develop more services and capabilities. HBO-branded networks – including subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) products like HBO On Demand and HBO GO – are currently available in over 60 countries internationally, and HBO and Cinemax programming is sold into over 150 countries worldwide. In March 2016, HBO announced that the expansion plan for its streaming platform HBO GO will take its next Latin American steps in Argentina and Brazil before the end of the year.
