Popstars shine for OnDirecTV

OnDirecTV, a DirecTV-programmed network for Latin America, is setting the focus on popstars by airing documentaries about Lady Gaga, Beyonce and Justin Timberlake.
beyonceAs it’s a channel that specialises in music and celebrities, OnDirecTV is to premiere three pop-themed documentaries during the last two weeks of April.
The special programming will air across Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela through both the SD and HD feeds, as well as on the TV everywhere app DirecTV play and the video-on-demand (VOD) service DirecTV On Demand.
First to air is Beyonce: Beyond the Glam, a documentary telling the story of the pop icon since she was born in Houston until she became a worldwide idol.
The long career of Justin Timberlake, since he was a teenage singer at N’Sync until his experiences as actor, is told in Man of the Hour, the second documentary set to air on 23 April.
Lady Gaga: The Art of Music will be the last of the three to air and will highlight how she became an international icon.
