Electus International has secured the global distribution rights to the second season of the hit series Home Free.
home freeThe show is from Critical Content and executive producer Tom Forman (Extreme Makeover: Home Edition), and hosted by famed professional contractor Mike Holmes (Holmes on Homes) along with new co-host, former NFL player, Heisman Trophy winner and sports analyst Tim Tebow.
In the show, 11 single contestants compete to win a dream home for their ‘heroes.’ The object of the game is to make it through each build without being eliminated. The last competitor standing at the end of ten episodes wins the dream home for their hero and $500,000 for themselves.
Additionally, Electus International has inked multiple deals to bring the first season of Home Free to more than 75 countries around the world, spanning regions including Asia, Europe and Australia.
“Home Free represents the next step in the home makeover genre, combining the big reveals and DIY tips of a typical home show with the excitement of a competition series,” said John Pollak, president of Electus International. “The series performed tremendously well in the US, and we are excited to share the new season with the world.”
Electus has been beefing up its international division, recently announcing several new promotions within its global distribution arm.
