Lollipop TV claims global children’s music TV first

Mimyuni Media Entertainment is branching out from its MENA roots and has revealed what it says is the first global children’s music TV station.
Lollipop 11 May 2016Lollipop TV is already available in the Middle East in the United Arab Emirates through Etisalat. Its new global offering is targeted at children aged between six and 16 and is designed to let them follow the example of their talented musical peers. It aims to unite gifted children from all continents through music, song and dance.
Mimyuni believes that at an early age children are more reception to communicating and expressing themselves through music, song and dance.
Since its beginnings Lollipop TV has looked for talented children around the world who have a passion for music, singing and dancing who, along with their teachers and parents, have created songs and video clips to inspire children everywhere.
95% of the channel's content is drawn from these children and vocal groups, with the remainder comprising clips of world famous singers and groups.
The Lollipop TV roster broadcasts 24/7 and has a playlist including over 3,000 video clips. Each month Lollipop will add 300 new clips and live performances. The package of children’s TV channels also includes Cinemachi Kids TV – a kids' film TV channel – and Smilie TV.
